Cody is a serial entrepreneur, business operator, and asset-based investor whose experience spans construction, logistics, real estate services, and specialized equipment operations. As CEO and Co-Founder of Hyer Enterprise Group, Cody's experience in hands-on industries positions Hyer Enterprise Group uniquely at the intersection of entrepreneurship, physical asset deployment, and real-world service operations — giving clients access to both strategic and practical pathways to growth.

President
Geno, a U.S. Army Veteran, serves as President of Hyer Enterprise Group, bringing extensive leadership experience across public safety, protective services, operations, and government-facing strategy. His background strengthens HEG’s ability to support public-sector opportunities, security-related initiatives, operational planning, business continuity, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-level execution.
As President, Geno provides senior guidance across leadership structure, government positioning, field readiness, public safety insight, and long-term growth strategy. His experience adds discipline, accountability, and operational depth to HEG’s expanding multi-division ecosystem.

Chief Administrative Officer
Jaquana serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Hyer Enterprise Group, supporting enterprise-level infrastructure, client experience, administrative operations, and organizational systems. Her background includes talent support, operations, consulting, and administrative management with a people-centered approach that strengthens both internal and client-facing execution. Her administrative leadership allows the company's service divisions to scale without compromising service quality or structural integrity.

Director of Strategic Development
Ray serves as Director of Strategic Development for Hyer Enterprise Group, contributing multi-industry insight across contracting, business development, and emerging service initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, he supports enterprise expansion through strategic partnerships, competitive positioning, and the development of new verticals that strengthen Hyer Enterprise Group’s multi-division ecosystem. His cross-sector experience allows the enterprise to identify opportunities, refine operations, and scale into new markets with structure, strategy, and long-term sustainability in mind.

Director of Fleet & Field Operations
Steve brings over 35 years of hands-on industry experience in fleet operations, field services, equipment coordination, logistics, and project-based execution. As Director of Fleet & Field Operations, he oversees equipment readiness, deployment support, field coordination, asset utilization, and operational planning across HEG’s service divisions.
His decades of practical experience strengthen HEG’s ability to support construction-related services, equipment-backed operations, hauling, site support, rentals, and field execution with reliability, safety, and real-world operational knowledge.
